2026 LLO Adaptive Chair Yoga January-March

Adaptive Chair Yoga
In Adaptive Chair Yoga we structure the class to fit your needs with the use of props that can include a chair, blocks, straps, or bolsters. We will cover all the basic yoga poses with an emphasis on breath and alignment to work on strength and mobility without stress or strain. The class can be done exclusively sitting on a chair, or you can use the chair for support in standing or kneeling poses. You choose the level of adaptation that is right for you.

The class will be on Tuesdays and Fridays in the Coach Howell Center in room 106/107

2026 Soccer Youth-Spring

The registration for the 2026 Spring Youth Soccer season will have 2 different registration fees:

  • *Returning player registration, which is for participants that PLAYED in this past 2025 Fall Youth Soccer season, will be $25-35 per player.

  • *New player registration, which is for participants that DID NOT PLAY in this past 2025 Fall Youth Soccer season, will be $50-$65 per player.

This registration is for 2026 Youth Spring Soccer. Our expected season start date is February 23rd (will be played on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays) and will end around early April. OPC's youth spring recreation soccer season is for kids ages born in years 2021 - 2010.
 
Leagues will be "BIRTH YEAR BASED". That is to say players ages will be determined based on the year they were born in. (An example of how a birth year works is 2026-8U=2018.) This season is the continuation of the fall soccer season.
 
**NOTE** If you are re-registering with us from the 2025 Fall Youth Soccer season, you will re-join the same team at a cost of $25-$35 per player. The price depends on the age group. If you are registering with us as a NEW player for this spring season, it would be at a cost of $50-$65. The price depends on the age group.
 
Special requests for team placement are limited only to family members. Each team will have one head coach, and that head coach can request one assistant coach if needed, prior to the season. A reminder that no pets are allowed at mTrade Park during observation clinic, practices, or games.

2025 Fit-N-Fun Gymnastics Happy Holidays Camps

Fit-N-Fun child-sized equipment allows children to discover color shape and movement while developing imagination, coordination, and motor skills. Children's self-confidence grows as their physical fitness level rises.
