2025 Power Tumbling with LK Power & Stunt - Sept, Oct &/or Nov

Stunt is a female sport that incorporates skills derived from cheerleading. Stunt removes the crowd-leading element and focuses on the technical and athletic components of cheer, including tumbling, partner stunts, jumps, motions, pyramids and tosses. Our class lessons will focus on these components. Classes will be grouped by age and skill level. Proper safety progressions are followed using many training and conditioning stations. We are focusing our curriculum specifically on the components of Stunt.

Intermediate Class - We require that you can do a round-off back handspring by yourself first, so we can teach you to connect it to other skills in this class! Back tucks, front tumbling and aerials are taught here, too!

Advanced - You need a roundoff-back handspring back tuck to be able to join this class and you will learn fast and fun tumbling passes. We will work on layouts, punch front step-outs, standing tucks, toe touch tucks, whips and much more!

Elite - You need a roundoff-back handspring layout to be able to join this class and you will learn difficult and fast tumbling passes. We will work on fulls, Arabians, standing 2 to layout, standing fulls and much more!

2025 Karate - Fall

Master Woods Karate classes cater to men, women, and children with all different levels of experience. We are dedicated to developing your martial art skills. Elements that will be covered consist of: karate, kung-fu, Kobudo, stick fighting, sparring, self-defense, and bag work.

Students will develop and build personal character traits such as self-discipline, self-control, self-confidence, coordination, flexibility, agility, focus, and respect. Safety is our first principle. We also attend tournaments, learn fighting, self-defense, and have separate pricing for individual equipment and uniforms.

2025 Fall Break Day Camp

Please join us for Fall Break Day Camp - a week full of adventure, creativity, and play! Our program is designed for school-age children, 5-13 years of age, where campers will enjoy a mixture of indoor and outdoor activities (weather permitting, of course!) We strive for a welcoming and safe environment - where your child(ren) can make new friends, try different things, and play lots of games to enjoy their much needed break from the school year! Camp is set to run from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, October 6th - 10th. Each day, your child(ren) will need to bring (2) snacks and (1) lunch. (Breakfast/lunch will not be provided.) The cost for camp is $100 for the entire week, which breaks down to just a mere $20 per child, per day.

2025 PreTeam & Team Gymnastics- Fall

Pre-Team/Team-We train them when they’re here-they grow more!
Preteam work perfecting intermediate skills progressing into USAG Level 3,4 (Excel Bronze/Silver) skills. While competition for isn’t required, the benefits cannot be overstated. Meets are rewarding from the work and exceptional memories being a part of such a positive, accomplished team. We win in all meets and at times have won against the best in our tri-state region.
 
Team currently works USA Levels 3-7 (AAU Silver thru Platinum).
Bars- Front and Back Hip circles, clear hips, baby giants, giants, kips, high bar tap swings, dismounts and flyaways (back tuck release from high bar). Vault- Front handspring, Tsukahara/Kasamatsu, Yurchenko.
Beam-Vertical handstands, full turns, leaps, cartwheels, backwalkovers, backhandsprings, front punch dismounts.
Floor-Backhandsprings, tucks, layouts, front punches, bounders, front pikes, aerials.
College Scholarships start at Level 9 and our new state of the art facility enables us to continue to train higher levels in an amazingly safe environment! We’re looking for more to join our determined, disciplined team growing for more.

Intermediate to Advanced- Over 50+ stations for learning drills to attain skills in USAG Level 1 & 2 vault (AAU XCEL Copper/Bronze). All beginner skills used to build straight jump vault fall to handstand flat back. Perfecting cartwheel, handstand, learning round offs, bridge kickovers and formation basics for proper backhandsprings.
For bars, continued strengthening for pullover, starting back hip circle and casts. Beam skills include all beginner skills accomplished on beam.

Beginners have 30+ stations prepared for learning drills and gaining new skills in a fun, highly productive environment.

Drills: straight legs in walks, kicks, straight arms pushing thru shoulders, jumping off two feet to “stick”, running arms” to increase power in a run, T-kick to handstand, table-top to overhead bridge and formation of a cartwheel. For bars, beginners increase core strength to get hips to bar in a front support. Basic balance and movements on the beam.

2025 Foundations of Dog Obedience - Sept/Oct

This 6-week beginner class focuses on essential skills like sit, stay, recall, leash walking, and more. It’s perfect for dogs who are new to training or need a refresher. Build clear communication, better behavior, and a stronger bond with your dog—one step at a time.

Ages: Participants must be 18. Dogs must be 4 months or older and have had at least two sets of vaccines. Proof of vaccines is required.

Bekah is a professional dog trainer with over 13 years of experience working with animals. She specializes in building strong relationships between handlers and their dogs through clear communication and practical, real-world training.
In addition to running BCB K9, Bekah serves as a certified search and rescue K9 handler, deploying for both urban and wilderness missions.

She is an AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) evaluator, a licensed registered nurse with a background in emergency care, and certified in wilderness first aid. Bekah’s training approach emphasizes trust, teamwork, and the bond that grows when humans and dogs learn to understand each other. Her goal is to help every team build a lasting, cooperative partnership—one built on respect, not just obedience.

2025 Aqua Cardio Power &/or Deep Water - August/September

Aqua Cardio Power: This medium-to-high intensity workout will focus on helping you build cardiovascular fitness while incorporating total body strength, endurance, & balance.   The instructor will incorporate a variety of moderate/high intensity exercises interspersed with lower intensity exercises.  This class will use foam weights and noodles.  Participants should be comfortable with the water – while it is a shallow water class, it is very dynamic and you will be constantly moving and may sometimes be asked to bicycle across the pool on a noodle, run a lap, swim a lap with buoyant weights, etc. – please let the instructor know before class if you need any modifications. 

Aqua Deep Water: This medium-to-high intensity full-body workout will be taught in the deep end where your feet won’t touch the bottom of the pool.  The instructor will incorporate a variety of moderate/high intensity exercises interspersed with lower intensity exercises to improve total body strength and cardiovascular endurance.  This class will use floatation belts as well as foam weights, noodles, and gloves.  Participants should be comfortable with the water – while you will have a floatation belt on, it is very dynamic and participants will be constantly moving around and across the pool with resistive or buoyant equipment. 
 
Michelle is a Certified Aqua Instructor.  In 2024 she taught an evening Aqua Cardio Power class at the Oxford Swim Club.  She taught water aerobics privately in 2021-2022.  In 2019 she taught RebelWell Aquatics Pop-Ups and subbed for OPC LLO Water Aerobics.  Prior to moving to Oxford, Michelle taught water aerobics in Texas for 7 years, including Aqua Attack (cardio-focused), Hydro Power (strength-focused), and Hydro Flow (focused on core, balance, & flexibility).  Michelle is also an Occupational Therapist and Certified Mat Pilates Instructor.

2025 Fencing - Fall

Fencing is the Olympic sport of sword-fighting that teaches discipline, dexterity, and endurance. You use footwork and handwork to score touches on your opponent with the tip of your blade. There are three weapons in fencing: the Foil, Epee and Sabre. The modern sport gained prominence near the end of the 19th century, is based on the traditional skill set of Italian swordsmanship from Ridolfo Capo Ferro and has been present in the Olympic Games since 1896.

The objective of the class will be to introduce participants to the sport of wrestling and improve in a fun and exciting environment. Improve the individual's agility, strength, and self-confidence. 2025 Baseball Youth - Fall

OPC's Youth Fall Baseball is offered for kids 6-15. Participant's age is determined by 4/30 of the following year. The 2025 Season games will be played on Wednesday evenings, mid September to end of October/early November- practices begin in late August. 

This is a transitional program where the players will 'Move Up' to the age division they will play in the following Spring.

Cost is $45 per player. (This does not include the service fee & credit card convenience fee.)

Special requests for team placement are limited only to family members. Special circumstances related to coaching may be accommodated based on direct need. Each team will have a head coach, and that head coach can request one assistant coach for kid pitch (9 and older)/ two assistant coaches for coach pitch (6 to 8 year-olds) if needed, prior to the season.

Adaptive Chair Yoga
In Adaptive Chair Yoga we structure the class to fit your needs with the use of props that can include a chair, blocks, straps, or bolsters. We will cover all the basic yoga poses with an emphasis on breath and alignment to work on strength and mobility without stress or strain. The class can be done exclusively sitting on a chair, or you can use the chair for support in standing or kneeling poses. You choose the level of adaptation that is right for you.
